Hello and welcome to the new Hays Travel IT ticketing system.

To report a new fault please click on Report an issue.

Once you have submitted your ticket, please look out for an email from IT Support where you will be asked to create an account. This will allow you to log in to see all your tickets, open or closed and create a new one as and when needed.
